The present terms of use apply to websites owned and operated by the Quartier des Spectacles Partnership (\u201cPQDS\u201d), specifically\u00a0www.quartierdesspectacles.com<\/a>,\u00a0www.jardinsgamelin.com<\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0www.lecoeurdelile.com<\/a>,\u00a0www.qdsinternational.com<\/a>\u00a0(the \u201cWebsites\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

These terms of use govern access to and use of the Websites.<\/p>\n

Your use of any of the Websites constitutes acceptance of the present terms of use. These terms of use may be amended at any time without notice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Websites are made available to users exclusively for their personal, non-commercial use.<\/p>\n

Users agree to obey the laws and regulations applicable to the use of the Websites and to indemnify the PQDS for any damage or loss suffered by the PQDS as a result of the user\u2019s use of the Websites or the violation of the present terms of use.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The PQDS is based in the province of Quebec, Canada. Access to the Websites is provided for use solely by persons located in Canada. Users who access the Websites from outside Canada are responsible for obeying the applicable laws in the country where the user is located.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Websites contain files or other data available for download, as well as hyperlinks to other websites belonging to third parties and therefore not managed by the PQDS. These files, data and hyperlinks are published for the purpose of giving users access to related content. The PQDS cannot guarantee that these files, data and links are free of viruses or other malware..<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The content on the Websites originates with the PQDS and numerous partners who provide the information required for populating certain pages, particularly those related to programming and activities.<\/p>\n

Although the PQDS takes every reasonable measure to ensure the accuracy, truthfulness and reliability of such information, errors may appear inadvertently or certain recent changes may not be included, particularly revised information about performance venues, programs, dates and times, availability and ticket prices.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/p>\n

All elements of the content included on the Websites, including text, images, videos, sound files and multimedia files, and the logos of the PQDS and its partners, are protected by the Copyright Act and the Trademarks Act.<\/p>\n

Any other use of the content than personal, non-commercial use, in any form whatsoever, including reproduction, downloading, publication, dissemination and public or commercial use, is prohibited without the prior written permission of the PQDS. Even when such permission is granted, any modification of the content that could undermine its integrity is prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Websites and the present terms of use are governed and interpreted in compliance with the laws applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute resulting from the use of the Websites or the interpretation or application of these terms of use shall be exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of
