International delegation in Montreal with Quartier des spectacles international

Thanks to the support of the Ministère de la Culture et des Communications du Québec (MCC) and various Québec offices abroad, the Quartier des spectacles international was pleased to welcome an international delegation to Montréal.
Coming from Germany, South Korea, Sweden, the United States and Canada, these cultural and public space managers from cities, festivals and cultural institutions were able to discover the luminous and participatory installations of the 13th edition of Luminothérapie at the Quartier des spectacles.

Discussions on the importance of placemaking to engage the public and culture as a lever for social and economic development were enriching and heralded future collaborations.
