QDS Lab is the applied advisory arm of the Quartier des Spectacles, Montréal’s cultural engine and a global model for creative city-making. Drawing from over 20 years of experience in managing and animating North America’s largest cultural district, we integrate tested approaches in cultural district strategy, placemaking, governance, and public space programming into every delivery.

Immersive, targeted learning led by QDS experts and close collaborators of the district and its activities.
